Based on the recent developments concerning the Corona Virus we would like inform that our Group has a dedicated team in place who is continuously monitoring all
developments in the supply chain and who is in close contact with our production sites,
suppliers and partners.
We have already proactively set up several scenarios so to ensure continuity of our
business processes and our supply chain, including back-up plans and second source
options.
Our sales and engineering people are ready to support you day and night! We remain active and available via tele-working, intermittent office permanencies and our logistics in Merchtem are fully operational.
However in the face of the current developments we cannot exclude further restrictions like for example the closing of borders or possible logistical shortages due to more strict governmental regulations. Possible inconveniences and appropriate counteractions might occur.
Of course, we are trying everything to adapt our measures to the different possible scenarios to avoid any inconvenience for you.

mcm-ol seals introduces
new polyurethane materials
Kefloy 86 and Kefloy 87
which conform to the latest EU REACH environmental standards that came into force november 2017.
Kefloy 86 and Kefloy 87 will supersede the renowned Kefloy 85, 116 and 124 as the materials of choice for polyurethane seals used in demanding linear and rotary applications, also in tough environments.
The materials maximum operating temperature are improved in water and water-based fluids. In addition, the new materials also boast the characteristics of toughness, rigidity, wear and scratch resistance and demonstrate similar performance chracteristics of the materials they replace.

evolast® Perfluorinated rubber – FFKM
FFKM materials are elastomers offering the highest chemical and heat resistance. Some FFKM types can be exposed to temperatures over 300°C.
evolast® combines the excellent chemical and thermal properties of PTFE thermoplastics with the elasticity and superior compressive strain resistance of elastomers.
evolast® is used in the chemical industry, in medicine and in food industry. It is also used in oil and gas production, and in processing all of the above products, as well as in many other applications where seals are expected to perform to highly exacting standards.

liefern. Das soll selbstverständlich auch in der Zukunft so sein,
allerdings unter einer neuen Firmierung.
Unsere bisherigen
Lieferpartner M.C.M. Spa, Italien, Hersteller von hochwertigen Elastomer
Produkten, insbesondere Dichtungen, sowie O.L. Seals A/S, Dänemark, ein
bedeutender Hersteller von PTFE Dichtungen, haben sich
zusammengeschlossen um zukünftig gemeinsam Ihre Produkte zu vermarkten.
Für
den westeuropäischen Raum in zentraler Lage hat sich unser Unternehmen
angeboten einen Teil dieser Aktivitäten zu übernehmen und ist daher von
der M.C.M. Spa übernommen worden.
Selbstverständlich wird die neue Firma mcm-ol seals NV die
bekannte Produktpalette auch zukünftig ohne jede Einschränkung
weiterliefern. Mit dem Zusammenschluss der Produktionsstätten in Italien
und Dänemark denken wir jedoch, Ihnen als nunmehr direkter Hersteller
eines umfangreichen Dichtungsprogramms, ein weitaus wertvollerer
Lieferpartner sein zu können.
Personell wird es keinerlei
Veränderungen ergeben, Ihre bisherigen Kontaktpersonen werden Ihnen auch
